The Changing Perspective of Leadership and the Impact of Young Leaders with Anastasia Stadnyk

Carlee Snow Season 1 Episode 4

Anastasia Stadnyk talks about her experience as a young leader in a senior management position with ATB Financial and the triumphs and trials that come along with such a role. Triumphs include the successful leading of teams to implement new services and feeling confident in your ability to make connections with your team that help motivate and inspire. On the flip side, Anastasia discusses the more negative aspects of being in a leadership position early in her career, like dealing with thoughts of imposter syndrome and leading people who are older than you who may have more experience. Through this she offers tips and advice that have helped her along and emphasizes the importance of relationships, or a personal Board of Directors, throughout her career journey.

Anastasia has her Bachelors of Commerce in Finance and Masters of Business Administration for Edwards School of Business and is currently the Senior Manager of Product at ATB Financial in Calgary

She’s been with ATB for over 5 years and has held numerous positions, including agile change management and analyst, Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives before reaching her current leadership position.
