On this week’s episode of The After Business School Special, host Carlee Snow is joined by Andrew Down to discuss his full-circle experience in the tech industry from entrepreneur to leader, the key to developing high performing teams, the importance of connecting with others through industry events as well as discussing one of his great passions, running, and how this daily practice and marathon training has impacted all aspects of his life and shapes his leadership style. 

Canadian based business professional and entrepreneur with strong experience in corporate, SMB, enterprise, non-profit and public sector sales and leadership. Andrew has knowledge and expertise in many areas of the IT Channel, including SaaS, Security, distribution, manufacturer relationships, procurement, strategic planning, marketplaces and all things MSP/VAR/IT Reseller. A former MSP owner (award winning MSP 501, CRN 500 and Varnex Partner of the Year) his other experience includes senior leadership, business development, channel advocacy, marketing, event management, consulting services and training. Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Saskatchewan and has been in the IT industry for over 14 years. He has a passion for empowering businesses to embrace leading edge technology solutions to improve business operations. Andrew possesses a keen interest in personal and professional development, including networking, non-profit/community engagement, connecting and continuous learning.
